About Us

The aim of the P2X7 Interactome project is to put together a database of all the known interacting protein partners of the P2X7 receptor, where users can quickly access information about both the interactors and the nature of their interaction with P2X7, and link to the original publications describing them.

We hope that this website will be a useful resource for researchers in P2X7 signalling, and our intention is for it to grow with the research field.

The data on the website has been collated by Marta Radwan as part of a BBSRC-funded collaboration between the laboratories of Mark Young (Cardiff University) and Amanda MacKenzie (University of Bath).
